The Macbook is updated with Core 2 Duo processors running at 2 and 2.2GHz on November 1, 2007.
Mac OS X 10.5 "Leopard" goes on sale 6 p.m. October 26, 2007 for $129.  The Mac OS X 10.5 Finder | New features include Time Machine automatic backup, the Spaces virtual desktop, QuickLook Finder file previews, and the final version of Boot Camp to run Windows on the Mac.
iTunes Plus songs were reduced to $.99 each (down from $1.29) on October 18, 2007.

It was also announced that the iPhone will now only come in the 8GB model with a lower price of $399. After public outcry of the price reduction just two months after it went on sale, Apple will issue a $100 Apple store credit to iPhone buyers. The new iPod touch looks similar to the iPhone and works the same way. It has Wi-Fi browsing on the embedded Safari Web browser, has Google and Yahoo! search, a YouTube application, and browsing/buying from the new iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store. The iPod touch comes in two models (black only): 8GB for 299 and 16GB for $399. The iPod touch will go on sale September 28. The iPod classic replaces the previous iPod with video model and comes in an aluminum front and stainless steel back. The classic has a revised interface with motion graphics in the background, coverflow, and new included games (iQuiz, Vortex, and Klondike). Models: 80GB (silver, black) for $249, 160GB (silver, black) for $349. The iPod nano is now smaller but wider to hold a larger 2 inch display, and has a case with an aluminum front and stainless steel back.
