October 10, 2023: Draw Things, Ai-Generated Images Right on your Mac and iOS Device

In recent years, AI image genetration has captured the imagination of many, and is easily done by typing a description into a text field. Some of the most popular generators include DALL•E, Stable Diffusion, and Midjourney.

These are usually done from Web-based services, and their images may be used for concept visualization, clip art, backgrounds, and more.

Draw Things, an APP for both iOS and Apple-Silicon-based Macs, allows AI-generated art to made without being connected to the Web — it also uses the Stable Diffusion code base. The APP allows image "looks" that can be selected in different styles, fine control of drawing parameters, and more.

We hope you will join us when its developer Liu will show us how to use Draw Things at the October meeting.
